What can I put in a custom order?
Any mix of the three retail formulas (Pro Cream, Pro Roll-On and Cooling Cream) and the six backbar formulas in 8 oz or 16 oz bottles.
How big does an order need to be?
Custom orders are built in sets of 4, 8 or 12 bottles, so the smallest custom order is four bottles. Mix any formulas and sizes inside that count.
Is it different from ordering retail packs or backbar on their own?
It's the same products at the same wholesale pricing. The builder simply lets you combine shelf and treatment-room stock in one checkout and one shipment.
Can one order go to more than one location?
Each checkout ships to one address. If you'd like an order split across practice locations, email the wholesale team and they'll set it up.
Is a custom order covered by the 30-day guarantee?
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers In-Office Retail packs. If you're not sure how it applies to the mix in your order, ask the wholesale team before you check out.
