Overview
Most retail orders placed on our Website include free standard shipping within the United States. Shipping fees are assigned only as necessary under specific circumstances, special situations, or pursuant to a program policy, rule, or guideline (for example: expedited services, oversized/heavy items, remote-area surcharges, signature services, or promotional program terms). Any applicable fee will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping & Delivery – State Restriction:
Current State-Specific Shipping Limitations
We are currently unable to fulfill certain orders to the following states due to pending registration, licensure, or evolving regulatory requirements governing products containing hemp-derived cannabinoids: Alaska (AK), Ohio (OH), West Virginia (WV), and Louisiana (LA).
Orders placed with a shipping address in these states may experience one of the following outcomes:
- Orders may be temporarily held pending verification of eligibility for shipment.
- Orders may be cancelled and refunded if state restrictions or licensure requirements prevent fulfillment.
These restrictions are not permanent and may be lifted as our registrations or state-specific authorizations become effective. Kannaco continuously monitors regulatory updates and will modify these limitations as compliance statuses change.

Order Processing Times
- Typical processing time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Orders placed after carrier cut-off may begin processing the next Business Day.
- High-volume periods, security checks, weather holds, or backorders may extend processing times. We will communicate material delays via email.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: generally 3–5 Business Days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.
- Expedited options (if offered): displayed at checkout with estimated transit times.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We select the most reliable carrier for your address (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional partners).
- Some orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers at no additional cost.
- We currently ship to valid U.S. addresses (including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO where supported by the selected carrier).
Age & Delivery Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase our products.
- Certain shipments may require adult signature and age verification at delivery.
Address Accuracy & Rerouting
- Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. Invalid or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returns.
- Rerouting or address changes after shipment may incur a carrier fee. Any such fee may be charged to you when applicable.
When Shipping Fees May Apply
- Expedited or special service levels you select at checkout.
- Oversized/heavy items or special handling requirements.
- Remote-area surcharges as determined by the carrier.

Damage, Shortage & Defect Claims
- Inspect your package upon delivery. Report visible shipping damage or shortages within 5 Business Days of delivery.
- Report concealed damage or product defects within 10 Business Days of delivery.
- Keep packaging and provide photos of the outer carton, labels, and product for faster resolution.
- Validated claims will be resolved by replacement, refund, or store credit pursuant to our Returns Policy.
Lost-in-Transit
- If tracking shows no movement for 7 days beyond the expected delivery date, contact us at hello@kannaco.co with your order number.
- We will coordinate with the carrier and, once confirmed, resolve via replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion.
Weather & Heat-Sensitive Handling
- During extreme weather, we may apply short, precautionary holds to preserve product integrity.
- We may upgrade service or adjust packing methods at our discretion to protect temperature-sensitive items.
Preorders & Backorders
- Items on preorder/backorder will ship promptly upon arrival. We may split-ship at no additional cost to you (exceptions may apply for special programs).
- Estimated availability dates are subject to change; we will notify you of material updates.
Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages
- If a package is refused, undeliverable due to address issues, or unclaimed, it may be returned to our facility.
- Upon return, we will contact you to reship (fees may apply) or process per our Returns Policy.
Risk of Loss; Title
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide (or, if you select third-party pickup/forwarding, upon carrier handoff). Please review tracking updates and secure your delivery location.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- We begin processing orders quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, email hello@kannaco.co immediately with your order number.

Restricted Destinations & Compliance
- We comply with applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of hemp-derived products. We may cancel or hold orders to jurisdictions with restrictions.
- By ordering, you represent that purchase, possession, and use are lawful in your jurisdiction.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International availability, if offered, will be shown at checkout with applicable terms, duties, and taxes.
