Q: Do you have a person that answers the phone? 

A: No, unfortunately we are a small team and do not have a person dedicated to answering the phone.

If you must call, please leave your first name, last name, order number and questions or needs. We will respond via email initially and typically within 24-hours on business operating days. 

If support must be elevated, we will schedule a call back time with you in advacne, via your email.

How long does shipping take? 

Most orders process within 1-2 business days. All orders ship from our Kansas City facility, in which you can exprect your package to reach you anywhere in the U.S. in 2-5 days according to the carrier and time of year.

How do I manage my Subscription?

To manage your subscription simply log into your account to access your subscription details.

How do I access my Discount Code if I applied for a Discount Club?

If you applied for the Seasoned Savers Club or Military Discount Club, you should have received an automated email to set your password and activate your acctount. Once your account is activated, simply log into your account and navigate to the "My Profile" tab and your unique discount code should be listed. 

How do I use my discount club code?

Enter and apply your code at checkout. If you have issues, try signing into your account. 

How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password, go to the login page and select "reset password." Check your email inbox, junk, and spam folders for an email with instructions on how to complete your password reset.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the U.S.

What is the typical shipping lead time on orders?

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.
• Expedited shipping is available upon request.

How do I update my account details (billing, shipping, email, etc.)?
Log into your account Dashboard, navigate to Account Settings, and update your information. 
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
• Damaged products: Report within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
• Incorrect orders: Contact us immediately, and we’ll rectify the issue.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
• Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Opened Products: May qualify for store credit or exchange.
