Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (typically USPS or UPS) to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us at hello@kannaco.co.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@kannaco.co and we will make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. We do not require you to return the product.

All subscriptions are managed through our Loop Subscriptions portal. You can access your portal via the link in any subscription confirmation or billing email. From there you can pause, skip, change the frequency, swap products, or cancel at any time — no phone call or email required. If you need help navigating the portal, email us at hello@kannaco.co.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2:00pm CT on business days are generally processed and shipped the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Kannaco is currently registered and ships to: Texas (TX), Iowa (IA), Utah (UT), Pennsylvania (PA), Minnesota (MN), Idaho (ID), and Arizona (AZ). We are actively expanding to additional states. If your state is not listed, please email hello@kannaco.co and we will notify you as soon as we are registered in your state.

The Seasoned Savers Club is our retiree discount program offering 30% off every order. To qualify, you must be 60 years of age or older. Simply email us at hello@kannaco.co with your name and date of birth and we will apply the discount to your account within one business day. The discount applies to all products and stacks with your Subscribe & Save benefit.

We offer a permanent 30% discount for active duty military, veterans, and their immediate family members. To apply, email hello@kannaco.co with your name and a copy of your military ID, DD-214, or VA card. We will verify and apply the discount to your account. The discount is applied at the account level and does not expire.

Licensed healthcare professionals (MDs, DCs, NPs, RNs, PTs, and other credentialed practitioners) can apply for a wholesale account by emailing wholesale@kannaco.co. Please include your name, credentials, practice name, state of licensure, and the products you are interested in. Our practitioner team will respond within 4 business hours with your account details and pricing.

Our topical products are applied to the skin and are not designed for systemic absorption. However, we cannot guarantee a negative drug test result for any individual. Our Pro Cream and Cooling Cream contain Full Spectrum hemp extract, which includes trace amounts of THC (below 0.3% per federal law). If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend consulting with your employer or testing authority before use, and considering our Broad Spectrum or Isolate options if available.

We publish third-party COAs for every product batch. You can request the COA for any specific product by emailing hello@kannaco.co with the product name and the lot number printed on your package. COAs are conducted by ISO-accredited laboratories and include full cannabinoid panel, terpene profile, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial testing.
