Topical Routine for High-Use Areas

Routines for high-use areas

Some parts of the body get used more than others: shoulders that carry bags, a neck that looks down at screens, hands that type and grip, and legs that stand all day. A short topical routine for those spots is an easy way to give them a little attention at the end of a shift or a busy afternoon.

High-use areas and the product that fits

  • Neck and upper shoulders: Pro Roll-On is easy to reach behind the neck without getting cream on your hair or collar.
  • Lower back and legs: Cooling Cream or Pro Cream covers larger areas with a thin, even layer.
  • Hands and wrists: The roll-on works well on knuckles and wrists. Cooling Cream is good when you want to cover both hands.
  • Feet and calves: Cooling Cream after a long day of standing gives a clean cooling feel.

A routine for after work

  1. Choose a cue that ends your workday, such as taking off your work shoes or closing the laptop. Tying the routine to something you already do makes it far easier to remember.
  2. Wash and dry the areas you plan to cover.
  3. Roll Pro Roll-On over the neck and shoulders, or apply a thin layer of cream to larger areas.
  4. Massage gently until the cream is fully rubbed in.
  5. Wash your hands, then stretch for a few minutes or take a short walk.

Which formula fits

All three Kannaco topicals carry 4,000 mg of total cannabinoids, with CBD and CBG in a 1:1 ratio. They differ in feel and format:

  • Cooling Cream: THC-free (0.0% THC), with menthol and aloe for a clean cooling feel. A smooth cream for larger areas.
  • Pro Cream: a cool-then-warm feel from camphor, with arnica and MSM, in an airless pump that dispenses a measured amount.
  • Pro Roll-On: the same strength in a rollerball with a cooling feel, so you can place it exactly where you want it without getting it on your hands.
